Miles crediting process
- KrisFlyer members must provide a valid membership number when signing up for Crimson Education services to be eligible to earn miles.
- Ensure your registered name with Crimson Education matches your registered name in your KrisFlyer membership account.
- KrisFlyer miles will be credited to your account up to 30 days after you sign up.
- You can track your miles by checking your KrisFlyer statements online on the Singapore Airlines website.
KrisFlyer miles will be credited to eligible accounts after successful service registration and payment verification.

Campaign details
- The bonus miles are awarded post-travel, based on completed and paid bookings, to ensure miles are credited accurately.
- Scott Dunn guests that book any AE Expeditions cruises will enjoy USD 250 per pax on board credit.
- Cancellations or modifications that result in the trip not being taken will render the guest ineligible for any mile redemption.
- KrisFlyer miles are awarded solely to the main booker, or party leader, responsible for the payment and/or of the itinerary, not to individual travellers within the same booking.
- All bookings must be made directly with Scott Dunn Singapore’s office and are subject to verification.
- On board credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Terms and conditions
- This promotion is valid for new cruise holiday bookings made with Scott Dunn Singapore’s office between 1 December and 31 December 2025 (inclusive).
- Guests who book within this period will receive an additional 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per confirmed new cruise booking, awarded regardless of guest segment (i.e. New, Repeat/Returning or Scott Dunn Private).
- Each booking is entitled to one bonus allocation of 1,000 KrisFlyer miles, regardless of the number of travellers on the booking.
- Any AE Expedition cruise booking made through Scott Dunn will also be eligible to receive USD$250 per pax on board credit.
- Only tailor-made cruise itinerary bookings are eligible for bonus miles.

TFE Hotels

Double Points Terms and Conditions
- KrisFlyer members will earn double the standard earn rate of KrisFlyer miles, instead of the standard earn rate, for every eligible stay at any participating TFE Hotel in Australia and New Zealand between 1 December 2025 and 28 February 2026 inclusive (“Offer”).
- The standard earn rate is 500 bonus KrisFlyer miles per qualifying stay at eligible TFE Hotels (including A by Adina, Adina Apartment Hotels, Vibe Hotels, Rendezvous Hotels, The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins Melbourne, Hotel Kurrajong Canberra, Quincy Hotel Melbourne and participating Collection by TFE Hotels).
- KrisFlyer miles shall only be earned on completed bookings made in accordance with these terms, where the KrisFlyer member has stayed in and checked out from the eligible TFE Hotel.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks after check-out date for KrisFlyer miles to be credited.
